Astoria Activewear is a premium women’s athletic wear brand that offers high-quality pieces designed to last. Their carefully curated collections are just what you need to motivate you to give it your all inside and outside of the gym.
Finding a good brand for workout clothes is like finding a diamond in the rough; it’s the ultimate win. I can’t tell you how many different brands I’ve tried, and subsequently, how many times I’ve been disappointed with my purchase. From poor quality material and camel toe to improper sizing and sweaty disasters, I’ve seen it all.
So when I find an activewear brand that I can trust, I’m all in, regardless of the cost. If there’s one thing that I’ve had to learn over and over again, it’s that you get what you pay for. A $20 pair of leggings feel like a $20 pair of leggings whereas a pair that comes with a higher price tag will (usually) feel much more luxurious, not to mention, will hold up oh so much better.
Over the past couple of years, Maven Thread and 1st Phorm have been a couple of my go-to places to snag some unique workout clothes. Of course, I love LuLu as much as the next gal, but I also like to throw in some unique pieces and also enjoy supporting smaller brands.
I’ve known about Astoria Activewear for a while now, but only recently went and ordered a couple of pieces to give them a try. In this article, I’m giving you my full Astoria Activewear review so that you can decide if it’s worth it for you.

Fabric, Fit, and Feel
Astoria Activewear manages to strike the perfect balance between cute, comfortable, and functional. If you’ve had the experience of wearing a cheap piece of activewear and then a more high-quality option, then you know that there is most certainly a difference in the overall look, feel, and support that you get.
All of the Astoria Activewear articles that I have tried have been amazing thus far. They are compressive but not overly restrictive, come in adorable and unique patterns and styles, and are tough enough to withstand even my most strenuous workouts. The material is soft and supple and it does a great job of wicking sweat.
As far as the fit goes, in my experience, most pieces fit true to size. If you’re in between sizes, I would say a size up would be the way to go. For example, if you find overly compressive leggings or shorts to be uncomfortable or distracting, sizing up one will allow you a little more room to breathe. That said, if you want something to keep you tucked in, your true size will probably do the trick.
What Types Of Activewear Do They Offer?
Astoria Activewear offers all your must-haves for hitting the gym and looking good doing so. Personally, I am a shorts and sports bra type of gal for the gym, but I also live in leggings outside the gym. Almost every item has at least one matching item i.e. a sports bra and leggings or shorts set, which makes for easy, effortless outfits that look great.

I love that they keep things fresh, exciting, and on-trend. Plus, you can count on the older collections to go on sale when the newer pieces come in, so you can find some great deals.

Astoria’s prices range from $55-$75 per item. The average price for a sports bra is $54.99 and are pair of leggings is $72.99. While these prices are a tad on the higher end, keep in mind that these are workout outfits that will last you for a long time.

I don’t cover a lot of activewear brands because I honestly have a hard time finding options that I truly love and would recommend to others. However, Astoria Activewear has truly impressed me and I cannot wait to add more of their amazing pieces to my closet!
