The primary ingredient in One Bars is protein. A One Bar contains the right amount of protein to benefit your body. According to some research, our bodies can only process a certain amount of protein at a time.
You don’t want to overdo it on protein during one sitting, or it may not be beneficial and excess may become stored as fat.
The protein in a One Bar comes from a blend of both whey and milk proteins, making it off-limits for vegans.
However, if you are vegan, One Bar still has an option for you.
The new One Plant Protein bars are vegan-friendly, but they contain less protein.
