The gist of it is that unbloat is a multi-ingredient supplement designed to alleviate bloating. On their website and in their marketing they do say that it's Doctor formulated by a doctor named Shilpa Mehra, M.D.
I really like how unbloat uses a combination of specific prebiotic and probiotic strains that have some clinical studies related to bloating. This makes unbloat very different than comparable bloating supplements.
The Formula and My Thoughts Based on Experience

The first thing that stands out to me here is that there are a lot of ingredients in unbloat. This can be a good or a bad thing based on my experience using supplements.
The good thing about a lot of ingredients is one of the ingredients could click in your system and potentially relieve your bloat. It's like the law of probability.
The bad thing about too many ingredients is there's more chances one of these ingredients conflicting with other supplements, vitamins or medication you're taking, and could cause side effects.

When researching a supplement, it's always a good idea to skim through the 5 star reviews, but where you're really going to find out information is with the 3-star reviews or below. I'm going to share what I found when researching the unbiased and unsponsored reviews of unbloat.
Emily, a verified buyer, rated it a 3/5 stars saying the following,
"I’ve been taking unbloat for 5 weeks but haven’t noticed a big difference. I just received my new bottle so hopefully I’ll see and feel a difference soon!"
There is no information out there if Emily is also eating healthy or exercising consistently. But, for 5 weeks of taking unbloat, nothing really happened. That's much different than what the unbloat brand claims, which they say it can work in 14 days.
