Alright ladies, have you heard of Natalie Jill yet? If not, you’re about to get really familiar because I’m talking all about her and her fitness programs in today’s post.

I’ll be honest, I had no idea who she was until a few months back when I heard her on one of my favorite podcasts. Her energy and passion shone through and I immediately knew that I needed to explore her brand and products further.

Fast forward to now and I’ve seen tried several of her programs, loved them, and now want to share them with you. I love that Natalie is a real woman and mom who puts it all out there. Do yourself a favor and follow her on Instagram for workouts, recipes, and fitness inspiration - she super relatable and motivating!

Here is my honest Natalie Jill fitness review of her programs.

Who is Natalie?

When you go to Natalie’s website, you’ll be met with the following introduction:

“ Hi! I’m Natalie Jill and I Kill FAT for a living. Not just the kind on your body (we are ALL familiar with that!) But ALSO that excess F.A.T “False Assumed Truths” you tell yourself! Those truths you know turn into “Self Imposed Stops” and they stop you instantly from getting RESULTS. I now help women LEVEL UP their lives and start AGING IN REVERSE.”

She is a Licensed Master Sports Nutritionist and Function Fitness Certified Personal Trainer, but her story is honestly nothing like the traditional fitness model or coach.

The catalyst for Natalie’s own transformation came when she was in her late thirties and struggling. Struggling with 60 lbs of excess weight from her pregnancy, divorce, and a career that she hated. She was at her self-described rock bottom.

What she realized was that she had so many limiting beliefs that were holding her back - I’m too fat, I’m too old, I’m broke...any of these sound familiar? We all have things we tell ourselves why we can’t do something, but she broke through those and made a complete change for the better. You can read more about her story here.

Fitness and Nutrition Programs

One thing that I love about Natalie’s brand is that she has a ton of selection! She’s been in the online fitness world long enough where she knows what works and she continues to build on her brand. Below are the two programs I have tried personally.

7-Day Jump-Start

This is her original plan, the 7-Day Jump-Start, and it promises to help you drop 7 pounds in 7 days by committing to a healthy diet and lifestyle. This program is literally for anyone who needs to get their booty in gear when it comes to their lifestyle.

Basically, you get a simple to follow, sustainable nutrition plan that’s proven to work. This is meant to be used as the first step towards living a healthier lifestyle, and Natalie makes it so easy.

For the purposes of writing this review, I purchased this program. What I got was a digital download that included the following:

  • Access to her NJFit Squad Community
  • 7 days of videos with Natalie where she keeps you on track and motivated throughout the full week
  • A complete 7-day meal plan that was easy to follow and tasty, too!
  • Natalie’s personal “Nutrition Rules”
  • Goal setting worksheet and mindset tips
  • An outline of how meals should be broken down
  • A list with “swap out” foods
  • Natalie’s “10 Commandments Of A Fit Lifestyle”
  • Two bonuses - her Stay Lean Recipes Vol. 1 and her Build a Body do anywhere fitness guide

When I purchased this bundle, I got everything listed above for just $37! It honestly seemed like a no-brainer. The original price is $79, and it’s worth that and then some!

How Does it Work?

Since the main focus of this program is eating whole, naturally nutritious foods while engaging in quick workouts, 7 days is all you need to see as significant of a loss as 7 pounds. The combination of healthy eating and quick workouts helps to maximize results and burn fat fast. 

Quick disclaimer: I do think that the 7 pounds in 7 days is aimed mostly at women who have a significant amount of weight to lose, like 15 or more pounds. Personally, I wasn’t looking to lose 7 pounds, but I did end up down 2.8 pounds after the 7 days which I was thrilled with! I wish I took a before and after pic.

There’s something to be said about committing to a program and sticking with it the whole way through! It’s tough, but this is ONLY 7 days and you can do anything for 7 days.

4-Week Jump-Start

The 4-Week Jump Start program is very similar to the 7-day program, but longer. So instead of just working on your body for 7 days, you’re committing to 4 whole weeks. This is a perfect follow up to the 7-Day Jump Start, or you can go straight to this.

The concept and materials are the same as the 7-day program and you can expect very similar results. Although, the website says that most women can expect to lose about 10 pounds total throughout the full 4 weeks.

I did this following the 7-day program and lost a couple of additional pounds but for me, it was much more than that. I felt amazing! My jeans were looser, I had more energy and focus, and I stopped craving so much junk.

Again, the price for this program is insane. It costs just $47 to get the full 4-week program!

What I Love About These Programs

  • The nutrition plans are simple, tasty, and non-restrictive. It’s not a drastic, fad diet!
  • The workouts are short and sweet and require ZERO equipment which is refreshing since it seems every other program requires you to spend hundreds on equipment in addition to what you paid for the actual program.
  • Natalie is so motivating and relatable! I don’t know about you, but I sometimes struggle to connect with other fitness pros who are younger and itty bitty.

What Could Improve

The only critique I could think of for her programs is regarding the workouts. I’m someone who thrives on intense workouts and consider myself advanced. While I loved that the Build a Body program is equipment-free, I felt like the workouts could be a little harder. That said, her programs are perfect for beginners!

I also think that some of her programming is outdated and can get boring quickly. I know they are working on refreshing their stuff, so maybe things will be better in the future?

What’s My Honest Opinion?

I know that weight loss and workout programs can feel so salesy and cheesy. We’ve all been duped by great marketing and sales copy that gets us to buy a product or service that just doesn’t work.

My absolute favorite thing about Natalie is that she goes way deeper than diet and exercise, she preaches changing your mindset to change your life and this is something that’s near and dear to my heart.
