What’s In It?

The only ingredient is Rhodiola Rosea, a calming root extract that’s found in the highest altitude and coldest areas in Europe and Asia. It’s an adaptogenic herb, which means that it works to stabilize stress levels and foster homeostasis so that your body can easily adapt to the physical and environmental strains that we all feel on a daily basis.

There was an article published in 2002 by Herbal Gram that reported that consuming this herb can increase productivity and prevent fatigue while keeping stress levels at bay. My Experience

In an effort to be as transparent as possible with my reviews, I always try the supplement for myself so that I can give an honest review and perspective. I started taking Big Chill around April when we were already about a month into quarantine.

I found that I was experiencing anxiety, fear, and negative emotions that I was having a hard time shaking. I was nervous and stressed out about my future and the future of my family. I was watching the news and spiraling deeper into those feelings.

I recognized what was happening and did two things:
