  • Low-carb tortilla wraps (I prefer Mission wraps)
  • Shredded chicken breast
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Dry ranch seasoning
  • Fat-free cottage cheese

Kitchen Tools Required

This recipe only needs:

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 frying pan

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Wraps

  1. Cook and shred chicken breast.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add shredded chicken to the sauce mixture.
  4. Fill tortilla with chicken mixture and wrap up tightly.
  5. Place fold side down on a hot frying pan, searing the first side, then the other.
  6. Enjoy!

Swaps or Alternatives

The chicken breast can be substituted for chicken thighs for a more rich flavor. The fat free cottage cheese can be replaced with 1% fat, 2%, etc. 

Quick Tip

To save time, use pre-cooked / shredded chicken breast that you can buy from the store. Or, canned chicken works great too.

  • 16 oz. Shredded chicken breast
  • 8 tbsp Buffalo chicken sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup Fat free cottage cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook and shred chicken breast.
  • Combine cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined.
  • Add shredded chicken to the sauce mixture.
  • Fill tortilla with chicken mixture and wrap up tightly.
  • Place fold side down on a hot frying pan, searing the first side, then the other.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can be tailored to anyone’s dietary preferences. If you want a creamier base, you can add more cottage cheese. If you love spice, you can add more buffalo sauce. I personally add more cottage cheese on days I’m feeling a little bit saucier!
