I’ll be honest, it feels like meal delivery services come a dime a dozen these days. This is good and bad. Good because we have a lot of options, bad because we now have to weed through them all and pick which one is best for our needs, tastes, and dietary needs and preferences. 

Luckily, you can turn to people like me who love to test these new healthy meal services out for you and report back with a full review!

In this article, I’m analyzing Fresh Meal Plan. I first saw this brand on Instagram through an ad that caught my attention. And since I’ve been loving getting healthy meal delivery that suits my current dietary needs and saves me a ton of time each week, I decided to give it a try.

Fresh Meal Plan is a brand that’s local to South Florida, so if you’re in the area, you can have your meals delivered once a week with contact-free delivery. However, if you’re outside of South Florida, meals are shipped via courier to the contiguous 48 states.

All meals are kept fresh thanks to the brand’s use of the latest technology in their packaging. They’re able to deliver fresh, never frozen meals to your doorstep that taste amazing and are full of nutrients!

For those who live outside of Florida, meals are shipped on Wednesdays, so we can plan to receive your shipment on Friday or Saturday at the latest, depending on your state and shipping zone.
