FHM Active is a training and nutrition app designed to help you build strength and eat a balanced, nutritious diet, all while reaching your goals.

Our fitness program will provide you with the structure you need to stay consistent with your workouts while making progress each week.

But fitness is just one piece of the puzzle. Here at FHM, we believe in the power of nutrition and a balanced diet for achieving your goals.

We provide you with healthy, balanced, macro-friendly recipes and meal plans that will help you learn how to enjoy high-quality, nutrient-dense foods that the whole family will love. Plus, the app includes all the tools you need to be successful with tracking your intake, should you choose to do so!

About FHM Active Monthly Training Program

FHM's monthly strength training program includes a full month's worth of progressive overload workouts that will target and train your whole body.

We operate on a monthly basis, which means that we will be repeating the same workouts for a total of 4 weeks at a time before moving on to the next training block. This structure allows us to effectively apply progressive overload over the course of the month while also preventing boredom and burnout.

Our weekly workout split will look like this:

  • Day 1: Upper Body + Core
  • Day 2: Lower Body
  • Day 3: Upper Body + Core
  • Day 4: Lower Body
  • Day 5: Full Body (optional)

About FHM Active Nutrition

FHM's nutrition plan is based on healthy, balanced eating principles and a macronutrient approach to meals.

We create healthy, macro-friendly meals and snacks that require minimal ingredients & steps and that the whole family will love. We don't believe in eating boring "diet" foods!

Each week, we publish a minimum of 3 brand new recipes inside the app, plus you'll always have access to our full library of recipes.

In addition to our weekly recipes, we also deliver a weekly meal plan inside the app. Each week, we put together breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas for you to prepare for the upcoming week. Included with our meal plans are a complete grocery shopping list, sample macro days, and printable recipe cards for every meal.

*All app users will also have access to macro tracking through the app itself or through integrations with MyFtiness Pal and Fitbit.
