The maximum weight that Booty Kicker can support is 250 pounds straight down. The weights that you place at the bottom will determine how much you can push and pull it. At a minimum, the brand recommends that you place at least 15 pounds on each side to ensure it’s sturdy.
Based on the recommendation of having 15 lbs on each side, you could get three sets of dumbbells; 3, 5, and 10 lbs. A set like this is a good option, but you can also purchase dumbbells separately and build as you go.
