If you’ve never used a suppository before, you may not know what they are or how to use them. These suppositories are inserted inside your vagina with either a special applicator or your clean hand. Most women choose to insert it before bed because they’ll be lying down while the acid works it’s magic, reducing the chances of it seeping back out.
Here’s how to insert them:
- Start with thoroughly clean, dry hands.

- Lie back on a bed or couch with your knees bent apart and relaxed. Or, stand with your knees apart.

- Try to insert them at the same time every day.
