After researching and reading through many customer reviews of 1UP Nutrition on various platforms (their own website and amazon), the general consensus is that 1UP Nutrition is inconsistent. For example, one woman used to love one of the products she bought, until it one day it came half full and the quality went down (interesting). Make sure you do your due diligence and read all the reviews, not just their official website. This is a brand that I would be very hesitant buying their products. The owners do not seem transparent with their messaging and that is something you should strongly consider before buying.

I’ll be honest, after digging into 1UP Nutrition, I was a little turned off by a few things I found. I won’t get into the details, as they are all out there for the taking if you really want to be intentional about where you spend your money.
That’s not to say that I don’t think that 1UP offers quality supplements, I am sure they do. However, I am a firm believer in investing in brands that you feel truly care about you, your health, and your well-being.
You will need to make your own judgment call when it comes to where you choose to spend your money, but if you’re on the fence with 1UP, here are a couple of alternatives that I personally use, stand by and enjoy.

I really appreciate that they focus on creating only a handful of specialized supplements that are designed to help improve your performance in and out of the gym. iHeart Macros’ protein powder is an excellent option for baking with and their collagen powder is delicious in your morning coffee.
Other alternatives include ONNIT, if you're going for glutamine, nootropic-type supplements, or home workouts.
Final Thoughts: Should You Try 1UP Nutrition?
Overall, 1UP Nutrition appears to be a great place to go for performance and weight loss supplements. I really like that their products are third-party tested and are transparently labeled.
There are plenty of user reviews that claim the products work for them, and while I don’t have any personal experience to offer you, the customer feedback might be a compelling enough reason to give 1UP Nutrition a try if you feel as though the brand and its products are in alignment with your needs and goals.
